Vinyasa Yoga Studio
Yoga is for everyone. It’s exciting to enter a room full of different nationalities, men-women, mixed ages and all with different backgrounds. Everyone can feel accepted, included and, unlike other sports , yoga tends to offer open arms. Whether you like to say “Om” or not, whether you are flexible or not, whether you are young or old, sick or healthy, yoga can help you.
There are many different ideas related to Yoga, where it comes from, what it is all about, and how to practice a range of techniques. Most of our classes are based on the Asthanga Vinyasa Yoga (eight limbs) method, the traditional way of practising breath and movement.
Our studio gives a cosy atmosphere with its warm colourful walls, while the Buddha’s and the Hindu pictures offers the feeling of a temple. A perfect place for yoga practise.
Is located in the heart of Limassol, near the beach. It’s a spacious place, with two big practise rooms, parking space, male and female changing rooms / showers, and sauna.
Either you become members of the studio or you attend Drop-in classes, our studio will always welcome you.
Namaste.
